Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Bralder platform. By using Bralder, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using Bralder ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Bralder is a digital marketplace that connects streetwear designers ("Sellers") with brands and individuals ("Buyers") who wish to purchase design assets including t-shirt graphics, hoodie designs, mockups, techpacks, and related creative assets.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
As a Seller on Bralder, you agree to: (a) only upload original work that you own or have the rights to sell; (b) not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) accurately describe all products and their file formats; (d) comply with our content guidelines. Bralder reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
As a Buyer, you agree to use purchased designs only within the scope of the license purchased. Standard License permits use across multiple brands. Extended Commercial License is exclusive to one buyer. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the design files themselves. Designs may not be used for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
All purchases on Bralder are subject to the license selected at checkout. Bralder grants Buyers a non-transferable license to use the purchased design assets. The specific rights granted depend on the license type: Standard (Many Brands) or Extended Commercial (One Buyer). Ownership of the original design files remains with the Seller.
Bralder processes all payments through secure payment processors. Sellers receive 80% (Basic), 85% (Pro), or 90% (Gold Premium) of the sale price. Platform fees are deducted automatically. Bralder is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees applicable in your jurisdiction. All sales are final unless a clear technical issue is demonstrated.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at Bralder's discretion in cases of technical failure (e.g., corrupted file) or misrepresentation. Buyers must contact support within 7 days of purchase with evidence of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
All content on the Bralder Platform, including logos, interface design, and original Bralder content, is owned by Bralder and protected by copyright and trademark law. Sellers retain ownership of their design assets. By uploading to Bralder, Sellers grant Bralder a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute the designs through the Platform.
You may not upload, sell, or purchase content that: infringes on intellectual property rights; is sexually explicit; promotes violence or discrimination; contains malware or harmful code; violates any applicable law. Bralder reserves the right to remove prohibited content and terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
Bralder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to Bralder in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
