We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Important: All sales of digital design assets are generally final due to the nature of digital downloads. Refunds are only considered in specific circumstances outlined below. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact us.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases on Bralder are generally final. Once a digital design asset has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to fair treatment and will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances: • Technical failure: The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not open in the stated software. • Misrepresentation: The product significantly differs from its description (e.g., claimed file formats not included). • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same design twice. • Unauthorized charge: A charge appeared on your account that you did not authorize. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: • You changed your mind after downloading the files. • The design does not match your personal taste or creative vision. • You do not have the required software to open the files (file formats are clearly listed on each product). • The design was already used in your project or production. • You purchased the wrong license type (please contact us before purchasing if unsure).
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase: 1. Go to Contact Us at bralder.com/contact 2. Select "Billing & Payments" as the subject 3. Include your Order ID (found in your Purchases page) 4. Describe the issue clearly with screenshots or evidence if applicable We will respond within 2 business days.
If your refund request is approved: • The refund will be processed to your original payment method. • Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
When a refund is issued for a purchase of your design, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your pending earnings. If the earnings have already been withdrawn, the amount may be offset against future earnings. Repeated refund issues related to a specific product may result in that product being reviewed or removed.
If you believe a refund decision was made in error, you may escalate the issue to our disputes team at disputes@bralder.com. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and within 5 business days. Bralder's decision on disputes is final.
